We hope you are satisfied with your new purchase. Incase if you are not we will happily exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving your shipment. To process a return or exchange simply call us on 06-7466333 or mail us at email@example.com and our team will be in touch to assist. Once we receive the request we will process your store credit and a mail confirmation will be sent once it is ready to use.
We do not accept refunds.
All returns and exchanges has to be done at our retail stores. Customers can visit any of our locations nearest to their place along with the issued store credit, invoice and the product to initiate an exchange for another product.
Customers who have registered themselves at the time of online purchase can use their store credit for their next online purchase. They can find their store credit under their account name.
Please note that all items returned for exchanges must be unused, unworn and in their original re-saleable condition with all tags intact. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will not accept any returns if our quality team finds out any signs of wear and tear.
