Return / Exchange Process
You can return the product within 7 days of your order purchase date if you are not satisfied with it. You can choose to ship it to us in case of international orders or for local orders either ship to us or bring it to the store Items can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original payment method. Please note that returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. We will offer a refund for the product amount minus the delivery charge and the return shipping fees. To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
Send us an email ([email protected]) with your order number and state which items you would like to return or come by the store with your receipt.
Ensure the items you’re returning have not been used, and they have the original tags attached.
Our refund will be initiated once your product is received back to us and inspected by us. And you will get your refund after your returned products have been accepted within 14 working days business days depending on your bank.

Customs and Duties
In case of international shipping all custom duties, tax must be paid the customer both the ways.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
