Returns and Refunds Policy

At AMRI FASHIONS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Process

  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Eligible options upon return:
    • Exchange for another item
    • Store credit issuance
    • Refund to the original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery orders)

Domestic Returns (UAE)

  • You may choose to ship the item back to us or visit our store directly to process your return or exchange.
  • Please ensure items meet the return conditions stated above.

International Returns

  • Returns for international orders must be shipped back to AMRI FASHIONS.
  • Customers may either arrange shipping themselves or request AMRI to create a return shipment on their behalf—subject to customer consent.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees related to both the original shipment and the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued exclusively as AMRI Store Credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
  • Original Shipping fees and return shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit balance.

Charges & Deductions

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund amounts will be processed minus delivery charges, customs fees, and any applicable return shipping costs.
  • All return shipments must comply with these policies to qualify for refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Visit our store with the item(s) and purchase receipt (Local UAE orders only).

  • Ensure the items are unused, with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
