Welcome to AMRI FASHIONS L.L.C (“AMRI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.amri.ae (the “Website”), including any purchases made through our online platform. By using this Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

  • Products refer to garments or services available for purchase on the Website.
  • Account means the registered customer profile on the Website.

2. Use of the Website

By accessing the Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the site under parental/legal guardian supervision.
  • All information provided during registration or checkout is accurate and current.
  • You are using the Website for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website if we suspect any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Registration & Account Security

You may be required to create an account to place orders, track purchases, or access exclusive services.

By registering:

  • You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at  online@amri.ae if you suspect unauthorized access.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Product Availability & Accuracy

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and textures may appear differently based on your device screen.
  • All descriptions, pricing, and stock availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5. Orders, Payments & Pricing

a. Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

b. Payment

We accept secure payments via trusted providers including Tabby, CC Avenue, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payment transactions are processed securely by third-party gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

c. Pricing

All prices are listed in AED, inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer both domestic and international shipping, with a primary focus on the UAE and GCC regions — including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
  • We also ship to international destinations outside the GCC upon request or as per order placement.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination and courier service. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, the actual delivery times are estimated only and may be affected by customs clearance or courier delays.
  • Risks of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for both domestic and international orders, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

  • UAE customers may return items by shipping them to us or dropping them at any AMRI store.
  • International and GCC customers may either arrange their own return shipment or request AMRI to coordinate return shipping at their cost.
  • COD orders are eligible for store credit only; online payments are refunded to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, logos, product photography, videos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of AMRI FASHIONS L.L.C and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the security of the Website
  • Post or transmit any offensive, fraudulent, or harmful content

AMRI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of the Website or purchase of our products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of your purchase.

We make no warranties that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMRI, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective once published on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
